Overview
This exciting two day workshop will focus on both theoretical and practical
tolls for highly effective negotiation. Day one includes lecture and discussion
on the theory and evolution of negotiation with practical exercises and
the review of a negotiation video vignette. Day two will include a series
of simulated video taped negotiations of the participants with a subsequent
review and discussion of each negotiation by the group.

This program will discuss and demonstrate negotiation skills suited for
a wide range of purchasing and supply management professionals as well
as individuals from any other functional area of the organization. It
is designed to service a diverse group of professionals with varying experience
