SUPPLY MANAGEMENT MONTH

NAPM-Orange County Joins Other Supply Management Associations Worldwide to
Recognize March 2001 as
Supply Management Month

This special month recognizes the unique role supply management professionals play in helping to build better business and government in California and throughout the United States.

"Supply management professionals make important contributions to the quality, efficiency and profitability of small and large organizations and businesses in the public and private sectors across the United States." says Scott Steele, Educational Resources Co-Chair. "Nationally, supply management professionals are responsible for managing and monitoring billions of dollars worth of goods and services every year which influences the U.S. economy."

NAPM-Orange County, is a not-for-profit association representing 600 supply management professionals in manufacturing, government, educational, institutional, and service organizations throughout the Orange County area.

In recognition of Supply Management Month, NAPM-Orange County will be hosting NAPM President, Richard Bradshaw, C.P.M., A.P.P. at their March dinner meeting on the 15th at 5:30 p.m. at the Orange County Airport Hilton Hotel. Click HERE for more information on Mr. Bradshaw's topic.
