This series of workshops, facilitated by Bobbie Ascarate and Randy C. Kokal, will help you identify what is working and what needs to be changed. Participation in this process will help you chart your course and create an action plan to implement your goals.

    - Spin the Life Balance Wheel to set your specific priorities
  • How to develop an action plan which allows you to sail beyond your current limits

    - Leadership & Management - apply both to achieve effective results
  • New tools and techniques to create balance and enhance your creativity
    - Take away a personalized "tool kit"
    - Participate in case study examples of productive "boat rockers"
  • How to stay on course and keep momentum even when the winds change

Bobbie Ascarate has held various positions of leadership in the petroleum, computer and plastics industries. Specializing in the areas of team building, strategic supply management and project engineering, In 1998, Bobbie created RDA & Associates, an organization dedicated to making a profoundly positive difference in the ways people live, work and interact. Adding value through consulting, coaching and mentoring. Bobbie is also an instructor in the Supply Management Program at Coastline College. A recent participant of "Change - Your Path Forward," one of Bobbie's workshops, shared.. "What I liked best was the flexibility… the workshop was customized to meet the needs of the group with what was happening in the world and in each of our lives."   Randy C. Kokal has worked with corporations, nonprofit organizations as well as Non-Governmental Organizations. His consulting practice includes marketing, management training and organizational development. He has provided workshops and seminars to groups as diverse as, The National Society of Fund Raising Executives, the Future Farmers of America the Support Center, The Volunteer Center, Planned Giving Round Table, American Marketing Association, Rotary Club, and has been a lecturer at UCI and UCLA Mr. Kokal received his MS in Advertising from the University of Illinois, with a focus on the advertising of Non-Profit Organizations and quantitative methods. He received his BS degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
