Reward & Recognition for First Ten Members Who Pass C.P.M. Test Module in 2003!

A new and exciting program was recently approved by the Board to provide a reward as well as recognition to our members. NAPM-OC will reimburse the $95.00 exam fee to the first ten members who successfully pass a C.P.M. exam module after January 1, 2003. Each member is entitled to only one reimbursement per calendar year since monies are limited.

This program is funded by the proceeds from the September 2002 Golf Tournament which was held in conjunction with NAPM-Inland Empire and the Inland Empire Satellite Group of the California Association of Public Purchasing Officers. Proceeds from next year’s tournament are already earmarked to continue and, hopefully, expand the scope of the program.

Would you like to see the program include more rewards and recognition in 2003-2004? If so contact Joe Polance, the Tournament Chair. You don’t have to be a golfer to be a part of the event. Just ask any of this year’s volunteers; everybody had a blast!

Who says you can’t have fun being a golf tournament volunteer? Beer anyone?
