Supply Chain Management Survival Guide A Panel Moderated by Kevin Beidelman Principal, Bolero Associates LLC

The panel consists of a cross section of individuals who have had unique supply chain experience. The practitioners range from members of senior management at firms who have sucessfully implemented supply chain management to suppliers who have played a key role, manager who have led supply chain implementations at their companies, software providers who created cutting edge supply chain software, and consutants who have facilitated successful implementations of supply chain integrations.

The panel discussion is geared toward analyzing the elements required for a successful supply chain integration from the diverse views of participants representing different sectors of a supply chain. Panelists will share their experiences, point out pitfalls in implementations, and make suggestions for steps to consider in implementing a successful supply chain.
