Steve Richards, CPM, has 19 years of experience in the procurement field. He is a graduate of Arizona State University (ASU) with a B.S. in Purchasing and Materials Management. Steve was the co-founder of the ASU Student Purchasing Management Association that is now the largest business school organization on campus today.

Steve spent 12 years in progressively increasing procurement roles at Raytheon Company and is a graduate of their highly respected 2-year Purchasing Management Development Program (PMDP). Steve has developed a wide range of product experience over his career that includes electronics, electro-mechanical, mechanical, infrared components/systems, optical components/systems, electronic countermeasure, and aerospace related components/systems.

He now heads a team of 40 (21 Buyers) procurement professionals at Parker Hannifin Control Systems Division-Military that manages in excess of $90M/year to support the second largest division in Parker Hannifin Corporation.
