C.P.M. Exam Reimbursement Policy
|
|
NAPM
Orange County, as a part of its mission to support continuing education
and professional development, has created the C.P.M. Exam Reimbursement
Fund. The purpose of this fund is to support individuals who take and
successfully complete a C.P.M. exam. The monies that are set aside in
this fund will be used to reimburse candidates for Certification who take
and pass any module of the C.P.M. exams, apply for reimbursement, and
meet the then current qualification criteria of the program. The details
of the program are outlined in this policy statement.
Requirements
for exam reimbursement:
- Candidates
must submit their request for reimbursement and proof of passing an
exam within 60 days of taking the exam. The request for reimbursement
form is available HERE.
- Candidates
must submit proof of personal payment for the C.P.M. exam and certify
that their employer did not and will not reimburse them for the fee.
- The
amount of reimbursement shall be the ISM published fee for "members"
for one C.P.M. exam.
- Candidates
must submit a copy of the proof of passing the exam that is provided
by the test center. The exam score may be blocked out but the score
sheet must show the candidates name and that the candidate "passed".
- Candidates
may be reimbursed for no more than one C.P.M. exam per NAPM-OC fiscal
year. (July 1 through June 30)
- Candidates
will be reimbursed on a first come, first served basis, until funds
in the C.P.M. Exam Reimbursement Fund are exhausted for the fiscal year.
There is no provision for extending the 60 day limitation on reimbursement
requests in the event funds are depleted prior to the end of any fiscal
year.
- Program
requirements are subject to change or clarification without notice at
the sole discretion of NAPM Orange County.
