C.P.M. Exam Reimbursement Application

NAPM Orange County, as a part of its mission to support continuing education and professional development, has created the C.P.M. Exam Reimbursement Fund. The purpose of this fund is to support individuals who take and successfully complete a C.P.M. exam. The monies that are set aside in this fund will be used to reimburse candidates for Certification who take and pass any module of the C.P.M. exams, apply for reimbursement, and meet the then current qualification criteria of the program. The details of the program are outlined in the policy statement found HERE.

Reimbursement Applications must include a copy of the following

  • Proof of passing the exam that is provided by the test center. The exam score may be blocked out but the score sheet mush show the candidates name and that the candidate "passed" for consideration.
  • Proof of personal payment for the C.P.M. exam (and certify that their employer did not and will not reimburse them for the fee).

Your signature certifies that personal payment was made for this exam and that your employer did not and will not reimburse this cost. Completed Reimbursement Application must be submitted within 60 days of taking the exam. Only one reimbursement will be considered for each member per NAPM-OC fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).
