About Our Speaker
Vu H. Pham, Ph.D., is the founder and head of Spectrum Knowledge, Inc., a research, consulting and training organization.  He currently serves as an instructor and trainer at the University of California, Los Angeles and is a board member of the Center for Research on Employment and the Workforce at California State University, Fullerton.  His experience includes having worked with companies as large as those from the Fortune 500 to those in governmental and non-profit sectors.
